At Starbucks, the library, or the movie theater. I often spend a few moments going through them, picking them up, seeing what they have to offer. I sometimes take some home. Why is that? It’s because the artwork has caught my eye. It is a small gift for me, and a check mark in the marketers box. I was attracted to their sales tool, and I now have the information they wanted me to see. Win-win.
